SESSION DETAILS
Managing the Social Media Outrage Economy
In an evolving social media landscape where outrage is capital and algorithms are primed to feed off it, what do you do when your brand or campaign gets caught in the outrage culture wars? What is manufactured outrage? How is it impacting brands on social media? And what can you do to manage and mitigate online toxicity?
