For almost a decade, Will Bal has steered Bonfire’s clients through the shifting currents of search. He joined the agency as an Account Manager and now leads the team as Account Director, bringing a blend of commercial acumen and technical depth across SEO strategy, AI Search Optimisation, Performance Media, and the vast realm of Programmatic advertising.

Home is Willagee, a stone’s throw from Fremantle, where he and his wife juggle two young daughters, a yard full of chickens, early morning bike rides and the occasional deep-sea dive. “We are working in the best industry in one of the most beautiful cities in the world; all that’s left to do is our very best work & hopefully have some fun along the way, otherwise, what’s the point?”
