Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Change the ticket holder’s name and email on the My ticket page. The link is in your ticket email. Do it before 1 August 2027. Get in touch if you get stuck.
Do the group and not-for-profit discounts combine?
No. Students, educators and not-for-profit teams get 10% off with a qualifying email address. It cannot be combined with the group discount.
Can General ticket holders come on day two?
No. Day two is All Access only. General covers the Tuesday: the full day conference, barista coffee and food, and the sundowner. The five Deep Dives and the extra Keynote on the Wednesday are in All Access.
When do recordings go up?
Within 48 hours of the event finishing, for everyone with an Online or All Access ticket. Playback is available for 12 months.
Where should I stay?
Crown Perth, a walk from the stadium. Discounted group rates are held for State of Social delegates and can be booked online while rooms last. Rooms, rates and booking links.
