Bec is a passionate brand, marketing and eCommerce FMCG leader with experience in global corporate, founder-led social enterprise and start-up organisations, as well as in sitting on and working closely with boards. She is a skilled public speaker and presenter with a love for leading and developing teams, an obsession with understanding consumer behaviour and a passion for social enterprise and CSR.

She has managed large teams in marketing & brand management, eCommerce, strategy development, data analysis, product development, digital marketing & media, public relations & communications, campaign management and creative studio management and has a proven track record of sustainably growing brands, developing meaningful connections with customers and delivering strong commercial results.

In her previous role she was the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at frank green which during her time became an iconic Australian brand and cult product. After making the move back to Perth with her family, she is now the General Manager of Marketing at Brownes Dairy.
