Bec is a passionate brand, marketing and eCommerce FMCG leader with experience in global corporate, founder-led social enterprise and start-up organisations, as well as in sitting on and working closely with boards.

She has a love for leading and developing teams, an obsession with understanding consumer behaviour and a passion for social enterprise and CSR. She also loves a sugary reality TV show, a HIIT ride on the Peloton, a hike up a mountain and thanks to her time in Melbourne, a nice glass of Pinot Noir.

She has managed large teams in marketing & brand management, eCommerce, strategy development, consumer insights, product development, digital marketing, public relations, campaign management and creative and has a proven track record of sustainably growing brands and developing meaningful connections with customers.

She has had senior marketing roles at L’Oreal, social enterprise – thankyou and was the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at frank green which during her time became an iconic Australian brand and cult product –  emotional support water bottle anyone? After making the move back to Perth with her husband and two boys, she was the General Manager of Marketing at Brownes Dairy and is about to start a new chapter as the Chief Marketing Officer of outdoor adventure brand, Sea to Summit.
