Danielle Norrish’s passion for the advertising industry has seen the growth of a prosperous career. Over the past 31 years Danielle has worked for some of Australia’s largest advertising agencies including The Brand Agency, Mojo Australia, HDM Mattingly as well as internationally for J Walter Thompson, London.
One of her great achievements is participating strategically in the industry’s digital revolution; implementing one of Australia’s first PDF workflows and delivering a bespoke production system to Bunnings, Australia’s most successful retailer.
After 10 years with The Brand Agency, Danielle in 2005 resigned her position as Production Director and local partner to spend time raising her family. A month later Danielle established a consultancy providing business analytics and management services to advertising and associated industries.
In April 2010 Danielle joined The Communications Council as State Manager opening the first regional office resulting in a 300% increase in corporate membership. The Communications Council is the peak body representing 160 agencies 3500 individuals in the marketing communications industry to media, government and the public.
In March 2013 the advertising marketing communications industry recognised Danielle’s tireless work and honoured her with the industry’s highest individual award ‘2013 Campaign Brief Advertising Person of the Year’.
