Featuring

Emma works as an Experience Strategist for Wunderman Thompson, but her journey to get there was anything but linear. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame Australia as the top performing Commerce Student, she commenced a career in advertising as an Account Manager in a boutique agency. As typical in a boutique agency, she worked across many disciplines, including Digital Media, Content Creation, Strategy, as well as Account Management. Upon making the move to Meerkats, now WT, she discovered the wonderful world of Experience Design, in which she now works to build products, services and experiences that deliver purpose led value for customers. Since joining the team at WT, she has across projects including development of WA Government’s EV Highway offering, an AR Gifting Experience for Treasury Wine Estates, Attention Design for a Perth University, and development of the renewable energy product offering for regional WA.

Simon Mullins

Since joining Rare in 2019, he has worked on numerous local and national brand campaigns and won some big awards including a D&AD Pencil, PADC Gold Skull, Campaign Brief Best of Year and more, even appearing twice on Gruen’s ‘The Pitch’ Segment. Simon is a passionate, strategically-driven creative who loves to find unique ways of thinking and create ads that stand out from the crowd. He is also an enthusiastic contributor to the advertising industry, speaking at multiple events, sitting as Youngblood WA Co-Chair and tutoring AWARD school to help inspire and empower young creatives.

Marcie Greenall
Since graduating from Curtin University with Distinction and as a Member of the Vice Chancellor’s List, Marcie immediately put her degree in Creative Advertising and Graphic Design to use. She began her career as a Designer working client-side, before stepping into a role at an independent creative agency. In 2021 she accepted a position at The Brand Agency, where she continues to work with a broad range of clients across several design disciplines such as brand, digital, print and interior. Marcie has presented at a number of conferences, guest lectured at universities to both traditional design and digital-specific cohorts, and has been invited to judge the Australian Graphic Design Association Awards. She is actively involved with the local industry and has been a member of the WA Youngbloods committee since January 2021.
